Mount Richmond Hotel is located at 676 Mt Wellington Highway at the corner of Mount Wellington Highway and New Brighton Rd

By car – Take exit 438 off the Southern Motorway and follow Mount Wellington Highway/Urban Route 6 for about 2kms. We are on the left, opposite McManus Park. Our entrance is at the start of New Brighton Rd.
By public transport – Take the Train to Otahuhu Station and take the 32 Bus. We are opposite the 4th stop at 683 Mt Wellington Highway
Travelling to Auckland City from Mount Richmond Hotel
By car – For downtown attractions including Britomart Shopping & Restaurants and the Auckland Waterfront and Ferry Terminal (for ferries to Waiheke Island), we recommend taking the Port exit and parking in Britomart Car Park (paid secure car park).
Expect a travel time of 15 minutes (30 minutes during peak times):
- Head South down Mount Wellington Highway and turn left on to Princess St.
- Follow signs North to Auckland and get onto SH1.
- Follow Port signs and take exit 429C.
- Port exit turns into The Strand.
- Stay on The Strand, turning left onto Quay St.
- Travel along Quay St, turning left into Britomart Car Park after Countdown supermarket, and before Les Mills Gym.
